THE IMPACT OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES ON THE VIETNAMESE INTELLECTUAL FORCE IN IN THE FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION

Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 has been posing extremely urgent inquirements for the Vietnamese intellectuals. So, what do Vietnamese intellectuals need to prepare to welcome this revolution in order to enhance fostering and develop the intellectuals on a par with the region and the world, leapfrog new technologies, to soon bring our country becomes a modern industrial country? This article analyses the positive and negative impacts of digital technologies on Vietnamese intellectuals in the industrial revolution 4.0 and proposes solutions for Vietnamese intellectuals to adapt to these impacts.
