Abstract

. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impacts of: Competitive working climate, Procedural salary justice, Distributive justice, Informational justice, Interpersonal justice, and Work interference with personal life on the Turnover intention of industrial workers in Ho Chi Minh City directly and indirectly. This is the first study in Vietnam to examine the impacts of both organizational jusctice factors and Work interference with personal life on the intention to leave the job of workers in the industrial production sector. The survey of 250 workers, with 226 valid questionnaires, was employed to analyse - by SEM model - to test the hypotheses. Research results have shown: Competitive working climate has a positive impact on Informational justice; Procedural salary justice has a positive impact on the Distributive justice; Subsequently, both Distributive justice and Informational justice have a strong positive influence on Interpersonal justice between company leaders and their workers; Accordingly, Interpersonal justice is negatively related to the Turnover intention of workers; conversely, Work interference with personal life has a positive effect on Turnover intention; it is worth noting that, Information justice (in this study) has a statistically significant positive impact on the Turnover Intention of workers. This study has further theoretically contributed to the combined assessment of the effects of organizational justices and Work interference with personal life on the Turnover intention of workers in industrial manufacturing sector. It also provides managers with the right strategic suggestions for the improvement of working relationships in limiting the intention to leave jobs of workers.
