Abstract
Nowadays, the training of human resources to meet the need of businesses and employers is one of the prioroties of education bodies. According to this demand, the products of these education bodies are active students who possess excellent soft skills and specialised knowledge. In order to provide such kind of products, the educational bodies are expected to continuously improve and update teaching mothodologies, selecting active teaching methods matching the requirement of educational innovations. The improvement of teaching mothodologies asks for the leading role of the teacher in the change of educational quality. The teachers need to transform themselves regarding teaching quality and the amount of updated knowledge.
