Abstract

Industrial Revolution 4.0 will help Vietnam to access many opportunities and challenges in the new business environment, shortening the gap lagging behind the world if Vietnam is prepared to use smoothly of all resources. Business in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has placed a great challenge for countries with incomplete technical infrastructure when all operations are based on high technology requirements, legality, security level and transaction speed. Quality human resource training provided to both domestic and foreign markets during the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has always played an important role. Human resources should be trained in in-depth knowledge, flexible skills, proper attitude training, applying modern approaches in order to develop their proficiency to adapt in modern technical environment. The force should support Vietnamese enterprises to do some strategic planning such as Vietnam's brand development, efficient production establishing and extended their competitiveness.
