FACTORS AFFECTING FDI FIRMS’ SASTISFACTION TO SERVICE QUALITY OF INDUSTRIAL PARKS IN VIETNAM

Abstract

This study aimed to assess the service quality of industrial parks in the view of FDI firms in Vietnam. Data was collected from 301 FDI enterprises in Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Parks (VSIP) in Vietnam. The proposed research model is based on research on the service quality of some authors in domestic and abroad. The reliability and validity of the scale were tested by Cronbach's Alpha, Average Variance Extracted (Pvc) and Composite Reliability (Pc). The analysis results of structural equation model (SEM) showed that there are four factors affecting the quality of industrial zone services in Vietnam.
