SOME LEGAL ISSUES ABOUT HOTEL APARTMENTS IN VIETNAM TODAY- STATUS AND DIRECTION OF IMPROVEMENT

More than thirty years since Vietnam officially integrated into the world economy, one of the clear images that shows that integration is the formation and development of the real estate market in Vietnam. . Although more than twenty years ago officially formed, Vietnam's real estate market has caught up with the world's real estate market from goods to services of this market. In addition to the traditional goods of the real estate market such as houses, offices, commercial centers, and land, in the real estate market of Vietnam, there are new types of goods that are inherently new. It has appeared for a long time in the real estate market in the world, which is a commodity named: hotel apartments (condotels) and office apartments (officetel). The emergence of these products catches up with the world but is ahead of the regulation of the state, in particular the lack of a legal framework to regulate these two new products in the real market real estate has caused many difficulties for the subjects participating in the real estate market, leading to consequences affecting the stable and sustainable development of the real estate market in Vietnam.
