BUILDING DIGITIZING DATA OF EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN INDUSTRIAL UNIVERSITY OF HO CHI MINH CITY

Abstract

Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh city is a public university with over 1047 full-time faculty members, over 27831 undergraduate students and around 238 classrooms including theoretical and practical rooms. Information on the number of properties including tables and chairs, projectors, computers, fan lights and others school properties must always be quickly determined in number and status, this information assists in managing with the most accurate way, when necessary, there will be replacements for the continuous operation of teaching activities. We have designed and built an equipment inventory system with the main purpose of making inventory quick, efficient and accurate, as well as reducing paper work and digitizing data in line with the trend of distribution in the development trend of industry 4.0. The inventory system was installed and tested in the Planning and Investment department for equipment inventory in 2019.
