Abstract

Throughout the last ten years, human resource development has been a critical job for Vietnam's economic development. High-quality human resources have not yet matched demand in key economic sectors and provided value to the global supply chain in the context of Vietnam's extensive international integration. In our country's research environment, studies on the features and variables impacting the labor force are still limited. Moreover, research on high-quality human resources has focused on universal, generic solutions rather than the reality of resources in a specific local. As a result, a thorough examination of provincial high-quality human resource planning is critical. The purpose of this research is to create a high-level human resource planning procedure at the provincial level. The author presents a 4-stage model for workforce planning in Vietnam by combining the theoretical foundation. Academically, the study adds to modeling and the following stages by anticipating and assessing supply-demand labor. Finally, limits are discussed, as well as future study prospects.
