Abstract

More than thirty years since Vietnam officially integrated into the world economy, one of the clear images showing that integration is the formation and development of the integration policy, especially. foreign economic policy in Vietnam. Although it has been more than thirty years since the Law on Foreign Investment in Vietnam took effect in 1988, a series of foreign investment models in Vietnam have been deployed, including the business cooperation contract model. .

We have gained great economic achievements during the implementation process, but the implementation of this model also leaves some shortcomings. Therefore, the author decided to study the article: Business cooperation contract (BCC) under the Investment Law - Theoretical and practical issues.
