Abstract

This study applies the background theory of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and experiments upon the field of application on mobile devices. The new finding of the authors is the proposal supplementing two factors hedonic motivation and facilitating conditions in the testing of behavioral intention based on survey data of 476 customers of both sexes, different ages and occupations in Bien Hoa city. The results show that beside the positive effect on customer’s intention of two factors in the TAM model, hedonic motivation and facilitating conditions have linear relation and high impact on the customers’s intention to use vehicle booking application.
