Abstract
The use of chelates to increase the accumulation of heavy metals in plant tissues is of great interest for method phytoremediation. In this study, the plant – growth experiments were carried out on a small scale in the laboratory. Spinacia oleracea were grown in soil pots contaminated with differrent concentrations of lead (0,140, 200, 400, 600 and 800 mg/kg soil) and 3 gram of chelates such as Trlion B, acid citric, acid succinic for 10 days. Our results showed that, Spinacia oleracea still were grown well in 600, 800 mg/kg concentrations of lead. In addition, the reults of atomic adsorption spectroscopy (AAS) demonstrated that, the addition of chelates (Trilon B, citric acid, succinic acid) to a Pb contaminated soil were a lot increased accumulation of Spinacia oleracea.
