Abstract
The article analyzes the current situation of public employee recruitment at Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry. Accordingly, the recruitment mechanism at the University goes through many steps with strict criteria. Therefore, basically in recent years, the recruitment of officials at the University has ensured quantity and quality. However, there still exist some inadequacies in the recruitment of civil servants at Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry. Based on the assessment of the inadequacies and their causes, the article proposes corresponding solutions.
