Abstract
Nowadays, in the construction of motorways, the source of natural materials to meet technical requirements is increasingly depleted, which causes the contribution to the increase in construction costs and significant influence on the construction progress. submit. Consequently, it is practical and urgent to do research by using local materials to replace traditional natural materials such as bee gravel, red gravel, etc. in road pavement construction has become more practical and urgent than ever. over. In terms of positive technical parameters (elastic modulus, compressive), this paper presents the results of research on soil reinforcement with fly ash cement in Cu Chi district, Ho Chi Minh city. It is notable that this paper highlights the value of the elastic modulus of the reinforced soil after 28 days of age; all reached and exceeded the standard TCVN 10379-2014 [2]. In more detail, soil samples reinforced with 6% fly ash cement have an elastic modulus of 832-880 MPa, soil samples reinforced with 8% fly ash cement have an elastic modulus of 986-1094 MPa, samples soil reinforced with 10% fly ash cement has elastic modulus of 1188-1281 MPa. At the same time, the fly ash cement-reinforced soil sample also has a superior elastic modulus compared to the natural grade (E=150-200 MPa) in the standard 22TCN 211-06 [7].
