THE VIEWPOINTS OF 13th PARTY CONGRESS ON “BENEFICIARY PEOPLE” AND APPLICATION IN TEACHING POLITICAL THEORETICAL SUBJECTS

Abstract

The concept of “beneficiary people” is one of the prominent and important new points in the Document of the 13th Party Congress, in order to realize the goal that the People are the center and the subject of development, of the renovation, construction and defense of the Fatherland. People have the right and are guaranteed the right to enjoy the results of Vietnam's “growth ship” in all fields, from economy, politics, culture, society, to integration. The article aims to understand the content of the “beneficiary people” perspective, thereby applying this content to teaching political theory subjects.
