THE VIETNAMESE COMMUNIST PARTY IMPLEMENTS A FUNDAMENTAL AND COMPREHENSIVE REFORM OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN THE PERIOD OF PROMOTING THE PROCESS OF INDUSTRIALIZATION, MODERNIZATION FROM 1996 TO 2021

Abstract

Since its inception, the Communist Party of Vietnam has always paid great attention to education and training. In the period of promoting industrialization and modernization, well aware of the role of education and training in the development of the country, the Communist Party of Vietnam always considers them as a “national priority”, the “breakthrough stage”, the decisive factor for rapid and sustainable development. The article focuses on analyzing and clarifying the standpoints of the Communist Party of Vietnam on education and training, achievements and limitations of education and training, and proposes solutions to continue the fundamental and comprehensive reform of education and training in the spirit of the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
