REALITY AND BASIC SOLUTIONS IN ORDER TO IMPROVE POLITICAL PHISOLOPHY SUBJECTS TEACHING EFFICIENCY AT INDUSTRIAL UNIVERSITY OF HO CHI MINH CITY

Abstract
Over the years, the teaching quality of political physolophy subjects (PP) at the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City (IUH) has been gradually improved and enhanced. The faculty is constantly improving, the teaching method in a positive way is always taken care of, innovated, the majority of students are enthusiastic in the PP course, resulting in student feedback on the subject is positive. However, in addition, the quality and effectiveness of PP teaching at IUH is yet to achieve the expected results, unproportional to the efforts and enthusiasm of the lecturers. the percentage of students getting GPA below average is still high, while the percentage of students achieving good results is low, students are still passive in their study, forms of examination and assessment are still outdated, not suitable for changing requirements, resulting in students rote learning, cheating in exams and evaluations, etc. The article aims to accurately evaluate the reality of the organization of teaching PP subjects at IUH, and then propose solutions to improve efficiency in education of these subjects, satisfy the vision and commision issued by the school.
