FACTORS AFFECTTING TURNOVER INTENTION OF THE GOVERNEMENT OFFICIALS IN THE CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM SECTOR OF BINH DUONG PROVINCE

Abstract
In the context of increasing the turnover intention of the government officials in the Culture, Sports and Tourism sector of Binh Duong province, it is necessary to find solutions to solve the problem for sustaining and developing organization. Based on the survey of 200 employees and data processing using SPSS 20, the study identified 6 factors that actually affected turnover intention of the government officials in Binh Duong province. These are: income, job characteristics, working conditions, work relationships, organizational justice and social influences. Accordingly, there are 6 implications drawn from research results. Hopefully, these implications, if implemented, will limit the turnover intention of government officials in the Culture, Sports and Tourism sector of Binh Duong province.
