This research applied qualitative and quantitative approaches. The seven factors (07) were established in the research model including six (06) independent factors: (1) Salary, (2) Working Environment, (3) Welfare, (4) Co-workers, (5) Rewards, (6) Training and Promotion opportunities and one (01) dependent factor is employee loyalty. With 170 valid collected questionnaires from the survey for the quantitative approach and the results from multiple linear regression analysis, they show that there are 4 factors positive affecting employees’ loyalty in descending order as follows: (1) Training and promotion opportunities, (2) Working environment, (3) Rewards, and (4) Salary. The results should be a base for the company to consider for developing appropriate policies to enforce loyalty of the company employees.
