Together with male workers, female workers increasingly participate and make important contributions to the socio-economic development. However, due to differences in gender, health and fitness, labor participation of female workers still has certain limitations. Within the scope of this article, the author only analyzes and clarifies some of the rights of female workers in accordance with the current labor law and practical contact at Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry, since then. propose some solutions to improve the mechanism to protect the rights of female workers at Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry.
