FACTORS INFLUECING LEARNING MOTIVATION OF STUDENTS MAJORING IN ACCOUNTING AND AUDITING – RESEARCH INDUSTRY UNIVERSITY OF HO CHI MINH CITY

Abstract
With a reaseaching target that finds factors affecting to motivate students of faculty of Accounting-Auditing at Industrial Univercity of HCMC to learn, analysises and measures factors one by one. The reseach has been used to combine betwen qualitative method and quantitative method, the survey data has been collected from 394 students from freshmans to seniors. The reaseaching result shows 7 factors which affects to motivate accounting students and auditing students to learn with different effective levels included: The characteristics of Students, the qualities of teachers, the training programs, the appling information technology about learning, the learning condition, the learning environment, the programs support students. The result of this research will help the university and the faculty of accounting-auditing of Industrial university of HCMC to have a base that shows suitable solutions and polices to promote the leaning promotion of students of faculty of Accounting-Auditing at Industrial Univercity of HCMC
