Abstract

Abstract. Currently, building a culture of learning and culture for students is highly valued by our country's education sector. Particularly for universities, building a learning culture is to affirm the name and brand of each school. The article researches the Party's new perspectives in the field of culture at the 13th Congress (January 2021), thereby reflecting the current state of students' learning culture such as implementing school regulations, students' learning and behavior with officials, lecturers and staff; Provide content to build a learning culture for students at Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry. On that basis, the article proposes some solutions to help students perform better, while creating a civilized and modern learning cultural environment at Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry.
