MEASURES TO ENHANCE CULTURAL BEHAVIOR FOR STUDENTS OF INDUSTRIAL UNIVERSITY OF HO CHI MINH CITY

Abstract

Cultural behavior has the role of transmitting human values, training personality, and educating the young generation. At the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City, while the majority of students lead a pure and civilized lifestyle, there is still a large number of students whose behavior and attitude are not standard, affect the personal image and reputation of the school. In order to improve the school's quality and brand for society, Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City focuses on providing knowledge and building a school cultural behavior. The article summarizes the theory of school cultural behavior, surveying 674 students studying at the university to get data to analyze the status of students' behavior, find out the causes of unethical behaviors and attitudes, from that, propose three groups of measures to improve school behavior for students at the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City nowadays.
