FACTORS AFFECTING CONTINUED INTENTION TO ONLINE LEARNING OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS IN HO CHI MINH CITY

Abstract
Online learning empowers students with lifelong learning, it promotes equitable educational development, and contributes to the quality of education in a knowledge-based society. This study uses a combination of the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model, task–technology fit (TTF) model and student satisfaction to test the factors affecting intention continue students' online learning when the covid -19 pandemic is under control. Based on data collected from 752 university students in Ho Chi Minh City. Structural equation modeling (SEM) technique was used to evaluate the model. The results show that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and satisfaction are important predictors of students' intention to continue online learning. Facilitating conditions and task–technology fit have an indirect influence on intention to continue online learning through satisfaction. The findings help researchers and practitioners better understand students' intention to continue online learning.
