OBSTACLES TO BE REMOVED WHEN APPLYING THE VIETNAMESE STANDARD CODE 8857 – 2011 IN CONSTRUCTION OF TRAFFIC ROAD

Abstract

This article analyzes and evaluates inefficiencies and disadvantages in application of standard the Vietnamese standard code 8857-2011. Base on this, the author would like to suggests solutions to fix the inefficiencies and disadvantages in standard application.
