Abstract

This article focuses on analyzing the theoretical foundations of entrepreneurial ethics, clarifying the role of ethics as a spiritual driving force that guides business behavior toward humane, progressive, and appropriate values. Through an analysis of the practical situation in Vietnam, the article highlights the positive contributions of the entrepreneurial community to economic growth; however, it also points out the persistence of moral degradation in business practices. Therefore, strengthening education and training in entrepreneurial ethics in the process of improving the socialist-oriented market economy institutions is of both theoretical and practical significance. On that basis, the article proposes several solutions to build a team of entrepreneurs with ethics, responsibility, and integrity, meeting the requirements of sustainable national development in the new period.
