RESEARCH A NEW PAPER SHREDDERS USED FOR THE OFFICE OF TESTING AND QUALITY ASSURANCE IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

Currently in Vietnam, the demand for shredders to destroy private, confidential, or sensitive documents at enterprises and especially in educational and training institutions have been increasing. This paper analyzed the pros and cons of paper shredders on the market for office and industrial use. Accordingly, the authors proposed a new solution for paper shredding mechanism based on structural analysis, evaluation of features and technical issues to be solved, in order to meet the requirements at the office of testing and quality assurance in educational and training institutions. The proposed solution not only promises to be used for manufacturing a new type of paper shredder that properly fits the institution demand, but also contributes to the paper treatment industry in particular and the environment in general.
