Vietnam's construction sector has seen significant loss of life and property as a result of weak occupational safety management. This study looks at a model outlining the links between variables impacting occupational safety management in Vietnamese construction firms. To pinpoint elements and assess their effects on workplace safety management, the study combines research approaches. The findings of the study add to the theoretical framework for studying occupational safety management. The findings also point to governance implications that might assist managers in enhancing safety management at their organizations.
