Main Article Content
Abstract
Tourists' intention to revisit tourist destinations has a direct influence on the increase in revenue of tourism operators. Community-based eco-tourism is an attractive form of tourism that always has its own attraction for tourists. Therefore, the objective of this study is to develop a valid and reliable measurement scale that will support in understanding the concepts and improve the effective management of tourist behavioral intentions at CBT homestays in the Mekong Delta. Based on the process proposed by [1] and [2], we have developed a scale of factors affecting the intention to revisit the destination of tourists CBT at homestays including 24 observed variables to have 5 factors, through which we believe it can be applied to most of the tourist destination areas CBT. This set of scales includes 5 factors: destination image, perceived service quality, satisfaction, trust, and intention to revisit the destination. The theoretical and practical implications of the research results are also discussed in trdetail.
