Abstract
Project-based learning is a learner-centered teaching method that well supports the implementation of outcome-based education. Project – based learning is especially suitable for the technology in general and automotive engineering technology in particular. This article analyzes the characteristics and role of project-based learning as well as the way to implement project-based learning in the Automotive Engineering Technology program and discuss the effectiveness of implemention project-based learning in Automotive Engineering Technology program at Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh city.
