Abstract
This study focused on assessing the impact of organizational learning culture and lecturer knowledge capability on their attitudes and knowledge sharing intention at universities in Ho Chi Minh City. Employing a quantitative research approach, data was collected from 439 lecturers through a survey. The results indicated that both organizational learning culture and lecturer knowledge capability positively influence their attitudes and intentions towards knowledge sharing. Based on the research findings, the study contributed theoretically and implied managerial implications to enhance lecturer attitudes and intentions towards knowledge sharing in university settings.
